The successful Real Estate Paralegal will deal with a broad range of Real Estate matters to include, but not limited to, title and document reviews, preparation of reports, ordering conveyancing searches, post completion activities and various other conveyancing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Paralegal looking to solidify their career in Real Estate Law.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from passionate, hardworking, and outgoing Real Estate Paralegals that have gained experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy real estate department. You will have or will be currently studying for your LPC or be working towards CILEx. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work
