Academics Ltd. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and support young learners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
