Juice is excited to be recruiting two Sales Support Administrators to join a business based in Bath.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a brand with international reach, supplying beautifully designed products to some of the biggest retailers in the UK and US. You'll join a creative and experienced team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business.
In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for UK and EU customers, processing orders from major retailers to small independent businesses, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time.
DAY TO DAY:
- First point of contact for retailers for all supply chain and order queries.
- Processing orders and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched on time.
- Updating customers on stock availability and proactively managing forecast orders to ensure the customer receives their order on time.
- Working with the sales representatives to onboard new customers and provide product data.
- Manage any issues relating to deliveries, lost stock, and product issues.
- Organise samples for key accounts and work to deadlines.
- Attend trade shows when required.
- Check customer credit and liaise with the accounts team to ensure the order can be processed.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- 1 to 2 years' experience working in a similar sales support role, ideally from a product-based company with experience working with retailers and key accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be a proactive individual with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Experience using Excel daily.
- Have a flexible approach and enjoy building great working relationships.
