Customer Survey Assistant required for a 3 week contract in September
We are looking for 3 dynamic, confident and approachable individuals to support a local Council in conducting Surveys on public transport in the local area.
Commencing on 9th September you will need to be available for 3 full weeks.
Working Monday to Saturday weekly
Shifts are expected to be between 8-10 hours per day dependent on bus routes and travel times.
Hours will involve working between the 7am - 7pm.
Pay rate: £13 per hour
Transport from Exeter to Taunton can be arranged.
Job Role: The role would be travelling on various bus service routes to local destinations, speaking politely to the public on the buses to complete basic survey questionnaires on the levels of the bus service and routes.
Required:
- Good level of English
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability
- Previous retail; customer service or call centre roles
- Friendly and confident attitude
- Reliability and commitment
