Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking a dynamic Legionella / Water Hygiene Office Manager to oversee a team of Administrators / Coordinators based across England. The company is a privately-owned and successful name within the Environmental sector and can offer excellent training and development opportunities for hardworking candidates. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Will need experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator for a Water Hygiene / Legionella / Water Treatment company
  • Must have worked within a Managerial / Supervisory position and have a proven track record of overseeing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using IT applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite and internal databases
  • Organised and adaptable attitude

The Role:

  • Overseeing a team of Administrators / Coordinators on a daily basis across England
  • Being the first port of call for office staff, providing ongoing support and training to ensure a smooth running of operations
  • Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met across the office team as well as high levels of customer service
  • Acting as an Account Manager for a portfolio of Water Hygiene / Legionella Client Accounts, answering enquiries and managing projects
  • Working closely with members of Management and Directors to discuss team performance
  • Processing staff annual leave requests, sickness and schedules
  • Providing ongoing administrative support to site staff, members of Management and company Directors
  • Willingness to travel as per company requirements
