Taylor Root have been instructed on a new Paralegal position with an international city law firm, who are looking to make an experienced hire into their market leading Real Estate Disputes Team. This role will be offered on a 12 month FTC and will based in their London office.

The firm are especially well known for its transactional, advisory and regulatory work advising successful businesses, their leaders and investors. It is a recognized leader in a number of sectors, including natural resources, IP & technology, banking and real estate.

The Team

Our client has a full-service real estate practice which has a reputation for providing clients clear and practical legal advice. Often representing domestic and international property developers, high-net-worth individuals and private property companies, the firm handle all aspects of property including investment, financing and litigation. The Real Estate Litigation Team is recognized in the Legal 500 and is considered a market leader in London.

The Role

As a Paralegal in this team, you will be assisting market leading lawyers on a wide variety of work. This will include development disputes; landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), overdue rents and service charges, breaches of covenant, and dilapidations; recovery of possession; and rights to light.
