THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading integrated trading company who are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in London.
THE ROLE:
- Manage business development work for bio-energy projects
- Oversee due diligence and feasibility for both M&A opportunities and green field development, to make a business case with internal and external clients
- Supporting other departments such as legal and accounting to create new business
- Discussing contract agreements and building new partnerships with stakeholders
THE PERSON:
- Experience in managing project development, M&A transaction and due diligence
- Proficient in the use of MS Office packages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced and changing business environment
