- Implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.

- Conduct performance management and talent development processes.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Coordinate with the wider HR team on recruitment, training, and development activities.

Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
