Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance management and talent development processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
  • Coordinate with the wider HR team on recruitment, training, and development activities.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the company's culture.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role within the retail industry.
