Key Responsibilities

Serve as Responsible Clinician for designated inpatients.

Lead and manage complex mental health cases.

Design individualized care plans and treatment approaches.

Guide the multidisciplinary team using evidence-based treatment models.

Contribute to a positive and patient-centered treatment culture.
Required Qualifications

Education:
-
MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
-
CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or Forensic Psychiatry.

Certifications:
-
Full GMC registration with license to practice.
-
MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent (approved by Royal College of Psychiatrists).
-
Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician status (England).

Experience:
-
8-30 years in Psychiatry.
-
Experience in acute inpatient and/or community mental health settings.
-
Proven record of multidisciplinary teamwork and leadership.
-
Skilled in risk assessment and management.
