Sales Administrator
Office based, Bristol
Full time or 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday, part-time but full 4 full days)
£25k to £27k (pro rata if 4 days a week)

An international business, based in Bristol is looking for a Sales Administrator for a pretty much immediate start. The role can be full OR part-time (4 days a week).
You should have some previous experience, ideally within sales support or a fast paced varied administration role where there are deadlines to be met and orders to be managed and shipped.
Excellent ITskills are essential, along with great communications skills, both written and verbal.
You'll be proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment.
General administration and sales support
Managing and updating internal order forms for all distributors and customer, including UK and online orders
Tracking forecasts and orders in, updating spreadsheets and liaising with marketing over copy for the sales pages on the websites
Registering distributors of the products and ensuring compliance, including answering general enquiries from distributors.
Arranging and coordinating images, artwork, documents for customers and sending as needed, including for POS materials.
High attention to details for compliance issues and documentation will be required at all times.
E-Commerce
You'll be assisting with online market place and shop set ups but uploading the ranges and adding images, ensuring photography compatibility with all customers website requirements
Answering all e-commerce related enquiries quickly and efficiently will be crucial to the role as will ensuring stock levels are adequate at all times.
There re will other general office support you'll need tohelp with when required such as ordering of stationary and office equipment or supporting the warehouse where needed with sending distributor samples & PR packs.
