Job Title: Senior Family Solicitor
Location: Litchfield
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full Time, flexible hours available and choice of office

I've partnered with a multi-practice firm based in Litchfield who are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor. This is a leading firm in the West Midlands with multiple offices. You'll have the chance to lead complex transactions, manage a team, and build strong relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for handling high-level private family law cases involving divorces, child custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, and financial settlements. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in driving the growth of our practice while developing crucial client connections.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of Private Family Law matters primarily consisting of Divorce, Financial and some Child arrangements. However, the more the department grows, you are able to take on other Private Family Law files.
- Grow the department. Expand.
- No Legal Aid work, all Private.
- You will have the autonomy to make this department your own in time.
- The firm already has existing clients but they would like someone to build on this.
- There is no ceiling here! You can progress further and further.
Experience Required:
- Highly experienced in Family Law, Primarily Private.
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent.
- Ability to run a department and have plans on how to expand and grow this further.
- Experience managing a department or growing a department is desirable but not essential. This is also a great opportunity for a Solicitor to progress in their career.
- Friendly can do attitude and motivated to help expand the firm.
