- Position: SEN Teacher (Moderate)

- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with moderate SEN
- Develop individualised education plans that target specific learning goals and provide appropriate support strategies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes self-esteem and confidence in students
- Work closely with support staff, parents and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each child
- Implement behaviour management strategies to foster a safe and conducive learning environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status or relevant SEN teaching experience
- Experience working with students with moderate learning needs, including ASD, dyslexia and other related conditions
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents
- A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach to teaching
