Customer Service
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Location: Opposite Basingstoke Train Station (3-4 minutes from the town centre)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Start Date: 7th July - Permanent role
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Parking: No on-site parking available
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer service calls related to life and pensions
- Providing clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication, both written and verbal
What We're Looking For:
- Any form of Customer Service Experience will be considered
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to pass a credit and DBS check (some flexibility, but must be disclosed upfront)
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people

- This role does NOT include weekends or bank holiday work
