As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward.

Position Overview: The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations. Ensuring robust financial management and reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a caring and supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the audit process.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the healthcare or care home sector.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of strategic financial planning and management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
