The opportunity:
The role of HSE Manager is a key role within the business, managing a small Safety team and reporting directly into the Business Director. You will work very closely with the Management Teams to support all aspects of site HSE regulations, with particular focus towards review of overall process with a view to continue to drive improvements as well as providing hands-on support and guidance across multiple sites within the North East.
About you:
In the role of HSE Manager you will have an experienced background in a dedicated Health & Safety position, with a strong background within an industrial environment. In order to effectively manage and deliver safety strategy across the business you will have a pro-active approach to identifying and executing improvement process/procedures, and together with well developed communication skills you will be able to engage, challenge and influence at all levels across the business.
