Position: Nursery Manager - Abingdon (Permanent)

Salary: Up to £36,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role: As the Nursery Manager - Abingdon , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will lead a passionate team, manage resources effectively, and foster strong relationships with parents and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support nursery staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and learning within the nursery.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and promoting the nursery's values.
- Monitor the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to drive excellence.
- Manage the nursery's budget and resources efficiently, ensuring financial targets are met.

Who We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role.
