Business Process Lead - Vault PromoMats - Part of Global Marketing Operations

Note: this role can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK or the following European locations:
- Spain, Portugal, Italy, France or Germany.
Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation with an established portfolio of both branded and generic medicines. They strive to ensure that their products are accessible to all across the globe, and work across a variety of therapy areas which include Oncology, Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and many others.
Due to expansion, the Global Marketing Operations team are looking for an individual highly experienced in Vault PromoMats, key processes related to MLR review and Marketing Asset Management to ensure that this is used as efficiently as possible for key processes across the business. This may include:
- Global/Regional Commercial/Marketing or Business consulting background
- Veeva Vaults Promomats (priority) and Vault MedCom
- Marketing Material management
- Claim libraries.
- References.
This role will serve as a Subject matter Expert across the business, leading the application of PromoMats globally, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective roll out of system operations and developing training materials and other key documentation as required.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have worked in a similar role in the Life Science industry for at least 5 years – with 3+ years in Veeva Vault PromoMats. (considered to be a subject matter expert on PromoMats)
- Demonstrate Global Commercial and/or Marketing experience.
- Veeva Vault PromoMats certificate preferred
- Be confident working in a matrix environment.
