This company are looking for an experienced HR professional, the Manager will be point of contact for all employees, this role will be supported by the Talent and Development Manager and the HR Assistant.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Handling all ER cases throughout the business
  • To provide competent advice and support to all employees
  • Assist in all areas of recruiting for the business
  • Deal with HR queries from employees
  • Collaborate with the Revalidation and Appraisal Director to ensure compliance
  • Manage and update HR policies where necessary
  • Supervise the staff development within the company
  • Be confident with current employment regulations

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A wealth of experience in HR
  • Internal recruitment specialist
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
  • Organised
  • CIPD qualification
  • Proactive and a great multi-tasker
