Main areas of responsibility:
- Handling all ER cases throughout the business
- To provide competent advice and support to all employees
- Assist in all areas of recruiting for the business
- Deal with HR queries from employees
- Collaborate with the Revalidation and Appraisal Director to ensure compliance
- Manage and update HR policies where necessary
- Supervise the staff development within the company
- Be confident with current employment regulations
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A wealth of experience in HR
- Internal recruitment specialist
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
- Organised
- CIPD qualification
