Our client, a thriving automotive company, is seeking a talented CRM Executive to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you have a flair for planning, executing, and analysing CRM campaigns, this could be an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Collaborate closely with local brand stakeholders to plan targeted CRM campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Work with the CRM team to facilitate central campaigns.
  • Administer local CRM planning agreed into the central planning process, while ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Executing

  • Monitor timely receipt of briefs for deployment against plans, providing support with campaign briefing whenever possible.
  • Conduct comprehensive checks on briefs to ensure spelling accuracy, align with the customer journey, have appropriate landing pages and T&Cs, and minimise the need for later amendments.
  • Prioritise briefs in status calls across brands to ensure timely execution.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, extract valuable insights, and recommend optimisation strategies for future initiatives.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CRM team to prioritise campaigns across brands, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with local brand stakeholders to plan, execute, report, and analyse their CRM activities, both at the local and central levels.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a deep understanding of CRM principles and practises.
  • Demonstrates strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Exhibits attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
