Accounts Receivable Assistant required for a new temporary to permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Kingswinford, Dudley.
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Day to day running of the Sales ledger
- Raising customer invoices daily
- Deal with any customer invoice queries and resolve discrepancies on accounts
- Sending statements and credit notes
- Allocating customer payments
- Assisting credit control
- Daily bank reconciliations
Key Requirements :
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent data entry and organisational skills
Key Information :
- Office based / onsite parking
- Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
- Temporary to permanent
