Our client, a prestigious talent management agency, is seeking a highly capable Agent to join their team of experienced entertainment industry professionals. The role offers the opportunity to manage and represent the careers of high-profile Theatre, TV, and Film acting talent from both the UK and USA.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Furthering the sustainable progression of US and UK acting talent.
- Managing and representing acting talent within TV, Film, and Theatre spheres.
- Retaining existing clients with high-level service.
- Conducting negotiation of contract terms and drafting contracts.
- Forging productive relationships with industry professionals.
- Maintaining daily contact with casting directors and producers.
- Scouting for new talent to partner with the agency.
- Signing new clients to the agency.
- Attending industry events with and without clients.
- Managing Assistants.
Requirements:
- Substantial relevant experience working within the entertainment industry, previous experience as an Agent, essential.
- Passion for Theatre, Film and TV a given with an outstanding network and ideally an established client base.
- Able to work successfully under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong team player.
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach.
