Quality Assurance Administrator

We are working with a well established organisation to add a Quality Assurance Administrator to their growing team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality management system (QMS). This role involves supporting all functions within the business, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.

The role

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage and control all quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring they are up to date and in compliance with standards.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and evidence are available and accurate.
  • General administration duties across all functions of the business, as and when required

The person

  • Experience of conducting audits to ISO 9001 standard
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
