Interim Talent Acquisition Manager (Part-time 3-4 days per week)
FTC 6-9 months initially - Strong possibility of permanent
c£50,000 plus benefits
Swindon - Flexi-Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 1-2 days home-working)

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading professional services business, to recruit an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Manager, on a part-time basis, initially for 6-9 months.

This exciting opportunity will report to the HR Director, in a standalone '360' role, focusing on candidate and hiring manager experience, whilst reducing the reliance on agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Talent Sourcing, including Headhunting for harder to fill roles, via LinkedIn, networking etc.
  • Lead and implement recruitment process improvements, prioritising a direct hire model, whilst focusing on the candidate / hiring manager journey.
  • Manage and improve the ATS, tracking and reporting on hiring metrics.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with select agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Oversee applicant screening and interview processes.
  • Work with Marketing and HR teams to plan, execute recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Create personalised, high-touch candidate experiences that align with the values and mission.
  • Support wider recruitment projects, including offshore recruitment.
  • Employer Brand and EVP Improvement: Enhance our employer brand across all channels and be a brand ambassador.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions & seniority, in highly competitive markets. (Professional services experience is highly advantageous).
  • Proficient using sourcing methods and headhunting tools.
  • Skilled in translating data into insights and intelligence.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholder, and third-party suppliers.
  • Quick to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
