This is an exciting opportunity to lead our finance team of five, reporting directly to the CFO. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage all accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Produce and analyse management accounts to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to maintain appropriate reserves.
- Prepare accurate financial reports to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with budget holders to analyse variances.
