Planning Legal exec needed in Grays £18.14ph ref 1302703
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Must have:
- experience and a sound knowledge of highways law
- experience and a sound knowledge of planning law
- experience doing Section 278 and Section 38 agreements
- experience doing planning enforcement notices and CLEUDs
- ability and knowledge to answer miscellaneous queries on highways
- ability and knowledge to do other planning work
Desirable:
Preferably from a local authority background
