A national law firm is looking to expand its Public Sector Regeneration team in Newcastle by recruiting an experienced Real Estate Solicitor.
The Role
As a Real Estate Solicitor within this highly regarded national Regeneration team, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing public sector bodies and developers on a diverse array of regeneration projects across the UK, including housing redevelopments, town centre revitalisation, infrastructure, and renewable energy initiatives.
- Providing expert advice on regeneration schemes, collaborating closely with the firm's planning, environmental, procurement, and public law teams.
About You
To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Solicitor position, you should have:
- At least 5 years' PQE. While direct experience in regeneration projects is preferred, the firm is also open to applicants with relevant transferable experience from areas such as property development, housing, or local authority property work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an enthusiasm for client engagement and contributing to business development within the Regeneration team.
