You will be joining a leading Social Housing provider on a 12-month fixed-term contract providing services and support across the Worcestershire and West Mildands area.
Your new role
This role will play a vital role within the organisation and their repairs/maintenance department across a large property portfolio. You will be diagnosing issues around compliance, disrepair, damp, and then creating schedules of work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need an understanding of Direct and Building Surveying, in particular damp and mould, and experience within the public sector or with social housing providers would be beneficial. Any charterships ie RICS or CIOB would be beneficial. You will also need a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
What you'll get in return
Salary of up £53,000 inc car allowance 12 Month FTC
