A Marketing and Insights Manager is required in the Transport industry to spearhead the development of data-driven strategies and insights that drive commercial success. The role is based in London and will play a key role in the Marketing department while also supporting wider teams within the business.

Description
- Brand awareness tracking and monitoring
- Construct and deliver monthly Marketing reports to highlight team performance and demonstrate success
- Deliver ad-hoc post campaign analysis as needed
- Support Marketing Director with budget: tracking of Insights spends and processing of all POs and monthly accruals
- Master Marketing, Commercial and Media insights to deliver timely responses to business cases/tenders/presentations
- Define segmentation strategy from existing and potential customer profiles and behaviours
- Interrogate data to deliver all required metrics for monthly business-wide communication and action
- Owns and manages 3rd party platforms for Marketing insights
Profile
A successful Marketing and Insights Manager should have:
- 5 years' experience
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Demonstrable experience of creatively bringing data concepts and ideas to life using Presentations and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio
- End to end quantitative and qualitative research management.
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical techniques
- Prior experience of campaign reporting tools including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hootsuite, Dot Digital, QlikSense or similar
