Interim Standalone HR Manager

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a unionised SME on the recruitment of a Stand Alone HR Manager on a Temporary basis.

This role will be initially reporting into the senior HR consultant and will provide first class HR advice and guidance to the business.

You will be responsible for all the operational side of HR and also help out the HR consultant with some projects etc.

You will ideally have experience in a Senior HR Advisor or standalone HR Manager role and will also come from a unionised environment.

This role is initially on a temporary basis but there is excellent opportunity to extend and possibly convert to permanent.

You will have/need:-

  • Extensive HR Generalist background
  • Experience from a unionised environment
  • Approachable and flexible approach
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Operational approach
  • Able to start ASAP
  • CIPD qualified

The salary on offer is up to around £50,000 FTE

Hybrid working of 1-2 days office per week in London, rest from home
