Job Title - Retrofit Coordinator - Sunderland

With a turnover of £6m and providing services to both residential and commercial sectors across the North East, they are rapidly growing and passionate about providing clean and efficient power sources whilst significantly reducing environmental impact.

**Location &, flexibility -**Hybrid working | Remote + Northeast

**Salary & Benefits -**Up to £45k + Company Vehicle, Fuel allowance, 25 days holiday.

Reporting to the senior team, you will join a growing team responsible for overseeing the entire retrofit assessment and coordination process. This includes developing survey software tools, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring compliance with Trustmark standards for both surveys and technical solutions.

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Eco4, GBIS, HUG, PAS 20230 standards.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and budgets ensuring potential issues are identified and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections as well as regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality and progress of retrofit activities.
  • Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the Northeast, ensuring high standard of quality and compliance through the process.
  • Manage the PAS2030 lodgement process of Trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down on funding.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met as well as resolve any concerns or issues promptly.

About you:

  • To be qualified with Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment
  • Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
  • New build energy assessor qualified (OCDEA) advantageous
  • Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
  • Full UK Driving licence
