Interim HR Project Lead - Employee Relations Focus - 6-8 months
Location: South Oxfordshire (On site 4 days per week)
Day rate: c.£500 per day PAYE
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to manage and execute employee relations projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The HR Project Lead will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to develop initiatives that enhance business efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead specific employee relations projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define goals, deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with HR, management, and legal teams to design and implement initiatives that comply with organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and use data analysis to inform policy changes or training initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs related to employee relations, such as conflict resolution and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR or employee relations, with a focus on managing change programmes and conducting workplace investigations.
- Proven project leadership and management skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Emotional intelligence and expertise in conflict resolution.
