Opportunity available to join an esteemed Litigation team as a Senior Associate, recognised in Chambers and Legal 500, to handle diverse, high-profile disputes for a variety of clients, including large corporates, public bodies, and private individuals.

About the Role

  • Support lead partners and senior fee earners on complex commercial litigation disputes.
  • Independently manage cases involving contractual disputes, corporate disputes, professional negligence, and more.
  • Meet financial and chargeable targets.
  • Maintain case management records.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, training, and networking.
  • Assist and supervise junior lawyers.
  • Produce client reports.

**About You

Our client seeks a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE and possess experience in handling a broad range of commercial litigation disputes including:

  • Strong caseload management skills with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
  • Critical thinking, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and client protocols.
  • Proficiency in IT and multitasking.
  • Team collaboration and independent work capabilities.
