We are currently seeking a proactive individual who can provide innovative solutions, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively within a team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting the Sales team through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance and development of a geographical area within UK.
  • Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits.
  • Responsible for the development of your area through bringing on board new customers through prospecting & cold calling.
  • Attains sales goals and profitability through following the UK End User sales strategy.
  • Dedicated account management, from initial sales contract review of orders through to dispatch.
  • Liaison with sales administrator.
  • Maintain discipline, focus and drive within the UK sales team.
  • Reporting to the UK Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of your area.
  • To complete daily KPI'S and call plans for the UK Sales Manager.
  • To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing on site customer visits.
  • To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing off site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
  • To assist the UK Sales Manager and to provide cover to the UK sales department when required.
  • To hit and exceed the area sales target.
  • To hit and exceed the KPI'S set for your area.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency in English and Math.
  • Special fastener / standard fastener or engineering background preferred
  • Selling experience preferably within a manufacturing/engineering industry.
  • Account management
  • Hard working and determined salesperson who has a strong drive to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • 3 years sales experience essential
