Part time Sales Administrator - Verwood - Salary £23,000 pro rata

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Sales Administrator to join a team focused company in Verwood who are an exclusive importer and exporter of various motor related products and brands.

Role and Responsibilities of Sales Administrator:

  • Processing and monitoring of customer orders
  • Invoicing and crediting customers
  • Answering calls, assisting customers and Area Sales Managers with queries and instructions
  • Stock transfers between customers and product sourcing
  • Running weekly and monthly customer, office and Sales rep based reports including using Excel
  • Monitoring and maintaining automatic system functions
  • Some light admin tasks: franking and sending post, laminating, etc

The Ideal Sales Administrator:

  • Office based sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Polite and helpful telephone manner
  • Friendly, can do attitude
