Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry:

Conducting repairs and installations of doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.

Performing framing, trim work, and finishing carpentry as needed.

Identifying and resolving issues related to woodwork and structures.
- Electrical:

Troubleshooting electrical systems and components to diagnose and repair faults.

Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances.

- Plumbing:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations within London.
