Description

  • You will oversee the creation of the annual plan, budget, and strategy for their digital marketing and fundraising, including the creation of business cases, financial models, budget monitoring, and forecast updates.
  • You will mentor a group of digital fundraisers as they carry out fundraising (acquisition and engagement) activities across our primary digital platforms to meet team goals and strategies while concentrating on the public in the UK: individuals as well as groups of persons, such as in companies and schools
  • You will encourage a high-performance culture and develop organizational expertise by using a test, learn, and iterate methodology that uses data, learning, and insight to quickly and intelligently make decisions.
  • To guarantee that the digital experience and all digital communications that our audiences receive are suitably targeted, created, and delivered in order to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
  • You will be the lead for the management and performance of the media agency to create a digital media strategy that aligns with the KPI's of the organization. You will collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to ensure optimize and evaluate the performance across campaigns as well as activity.
  • You will work alongside the Email Marketing Executive and Senior Digital Fundraiser to contribute to the email marketing strategy, including overseeing critical email marketing tools and platforms, to ensure that the messages align with the audience of the organisation.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders in the organisation to showcase the digital marketing activity that has been done.
  • You will work with other members of the team and manage the organisations website and other platforms to ensure that the user experience and conversation action across all agreed inanitives and activities.

Profile

  • You have experience of creating, and optimizing digital strategies to guarantee all user journeys in order to achieve fundraising targets.
  • You have experience of working in a similar role in the charity space.
  • You have experience of collaborating with different teams to meet the same organizational goal.
  • You have experience of budget management which includes thorough annual and campaign planning budgets and strategies.
  • You have team management experience.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, paid yearly.
