BIM Manager - MEP Contractor - Halstead, Essex
£75,000 per annum
A leading MEP Contractor based near Halstead in Essex are on the lookout for an experienced BIM Manager from a MEP Background to join the business. These guys have a target to enhance their existing BIM Strategy and want you to come in and work with very little oversight to deliver this.
They work on a variety of project types and have started to get more involved with D&B MEP Contracts as well, so experience from Stage 4-6 would be ideal.
Your first couple of months will look like this - you will start by getting involved in live projects doing some coordination work to get a real idea of where they are with the BIM Strategy currently.
You will then be given the freedom and budget to implement your strategy. They have set aside more than enough money for this exercise, and the long term plan for you will be to lead all aspects of BIM for them over the coming years.
We cannot offer sponsorship for this role, and you will need to have experience of BIM Management roles with either MEP Contractors or Main Contractors.
