As an Electrical Technician, you will be required to
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks independently and within a team environment.
- Conduct fault finding on various equipment and handle industrial electrical equipment, including removal, reinstatement, and installation.
- Maintain a strong commitment to operational safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Possess CompEx certification and HV Switching authorised status (HV Grade 2 or Grade 4 with a desire to achieve G2).
- Demonstrate competency in computerised maintenance systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Utilise your knowledge of High Voltage distribution systems and practical switching experience (Grade 3 or 4).
- Apply engineering standards effectively to influence procedures and ensure quality outcomes.
Candidate:
- Experienced in electrical maintenance, preferably within the petrochemical industry.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Time-served with relevant industry experience and a trade-related HNC/HND qualification (advantageous).
