Connections is excited to announce our partnership with a leading IVF clinic in Manchester as we seek a dedicated Team Leader/Manager.
In this pivotal position, you'll take the reins in overseeing vital functions like donor recruitment, supply and demand management, and providing leadership to a passionate team of IVF professionals. Join us as we embark on this impactful journey together.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure the delivery of seamless and high-quality services to all patients, efficiently managing patient flow.
- Partner with the Head of Operations to devise and execute strategies for the donor and surrogacy programs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning and forecasting, furnishing vital statistical insights to the Head of Operations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to steer marketing initiatives from a new patient perspective.
- Provide robust leadership to maintain team morale and focus, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and offering comprehensive training.
- Coordinate and conduct annual performance appraisals, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and delineate team competencies.
