Learning Support and Behaviour Worker

  • *Working Hours:** 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioural challenges? Do you have the skills and dedication to make a positive impact in a specialised educational setting? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Learning Support and Behaviour Worker.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide targeted support to students with behavioural needs, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and behavioural progress.
  • Monitor and report on student behaviour and progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and structured environment within the Behaviour Support Unit.
  • *Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students' development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education, behaviour management, psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
