Role:
In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will be responsible for administering high-quality care to residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to meet each individual's health and wellbeing needs. The role includes creating detailed care plans, delivering medication safely, and using evidence-based practice to ensure the highest standards of care.
Skills & Experience:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Proven experience in a similar care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, delegating duties as necessary
- Competent in the safe administration of medication
- A commitment to personal and professional development
- Knowledge of the latest clinical practices and regulatory standards
