Wills & Probate Solicitor - Hybrid Working - High Value Work
About the firm:
A well-established, full-service law firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their highly successful Wills and Probate team. This firm takes pride in providing a high-quality service to all their clientele and have established a loyal client base across Cheshire.
What will you be doing?
Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be expected manage your own caseload of high-net-worth matters including wills, probate, LPA's, trusts, estate administration, tax and Court of Protection matters and be actively involved in working to grow the Private Client team.
You will predominantly be dealing with client base across the local region and whilst there is a steady stream of work referred into the department, you will also be expected to assist with business development and ensure the profile of the department is pushed out within the local area.
What can you bring to the team?
You must have at least 3 years PQE or equivalent and have a broad range of experience in Will drafting, Trusts and Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. The ideal candidate must also be able to run their own varied caseload alongside dealing with business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

Salary for this role is dependent upon experience and market rate, however, can be expected to range from £30,000 - £40,000.
