Qualities you'll need:
- Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
- Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
- Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment
- Quality driven and customer focussed
Required:
- Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award
- Ideally have previous care management experience
- You must have a driving license and your own transport
The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be between £40,000 - £50,000; there is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
