Qualities you'll need:

  • Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
  • Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
  • Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment
  • Quality driven and customer focussed

Required:

  • Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award
  • Ideally have previous care management experience
  • You must have a driving license and your own transport

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be between £40,000 - £50,000; there is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
