Business Development Manager REMOTE

An industry leader in security solutions company who have experienced significant growth are looking for an experienced, hungry and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Sales Team.

As Business Development Manager, you will report to the UK Head of Sales, owning your assigned territory. With a proactive, hunter mentality, you will seek new business opportunities and manage internal inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and close new business opportunities in the UK.

Maintain a client hunting list, pipeline, and sales plan.

Achieve annual sales targets.

Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Identify cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.

Understand and meet client's security, operational, and financial needs.

Provide exceptional customer service with tailored solutions.

Deliver compelling solution presentations.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Propose solutions and communicate opportunities and issues to your manager.

Monitor client performance and ensure follow-ups.

Suggest new product development ideas.

Attend trade shows and exhibitions.

Travel as required.

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Energetic, with a proactive, hunter mentality.

Driven, with a desire to stand out and succeed.

Understanding of sales cycles and key decision-makers.

Experience with Developers, Architects, Principal Contractors, M&E Contractors,

Managing Agents, Facilities Management, System Integrators, and Security Integrators is advantageous.

Challenger Sales experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and team player mentality.

Willingness to take risks and learn from failures.

Ability to forecast and close opportunities on time.
