PE Growth Business. Client Retention role, Renewal and growth sales specialist, Account Management role to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial customers for this SaaS technology and managed Services / Comms solutions business.

The client is a leader within their industry and boasts an enviable list of customers across the corporate, commercial and public sector that all use their Managed Services and telecomms solutions. Due to growth and recent investment they are currently looking to add 2 more Account Managers to join the Surrey based (Hybrid working) HQ team.

In this role you will be meeting (virtually and digitally), engaging & building relationships with executives from your existing portfolio of around 150 customers, managing their requirements, dealing with contract renewals as well as up selling in a consultative manner a number of value add services. Spending 20% of your time looking to add net new customers to your portfolio from your existing customer base, the role will be a busy and fast paced, client focused sales role.

Ideally you will already have around 18-24 months b2b commercial sales client management experience. However the most important skill for this role is someone who is an outgoing people person that is a fast learner. The role needs someone that is comfortable being able to engage with people about their interests and their business, looking for ways to solve problems. Also required is confidence, an open mind and a "can do" attitude.
