Working with our Client based in Central Leeds I am looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis
The Finance team is an integral part of the business with the Finance Manager being a central function within that team.
What's involved?
- Annual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plans.
- Support operational team during monthly revenue recognition process.
- Ownership of Profit Centre level management reporting, analysis and business partnering.
- Ensuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented.
- Periodic preparation, commentary and presentation of a finance report at cost centre level (typically monthly)
- Project performance review of; income, cost to complete, working capital and change control.
- Ensuring Corporate Governance, control and best practice is understood and communicated effectively to the business.
- Wider duties may include bid support, financial integration, commercial training and project team working.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Part Qualified or qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience of Business Partnering with a finance background.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Internal candidates applying for this role need to have worked at an Assistant Finance Manager level and have consistently demonstrated delivery above expectation.
- Experience of working with Oracle is a nice to have, but not a necessity.
