We are working with our client to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills, the role will involve undertaking administrative duties supporting the sales teams in processing their deal contracts ensuring vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully sell their property.

This is the first point of contact for the vendors to assist with all queries.

A major part of the role will be to assist vendors with their client care documents. You will be required to chase vendors to make sure they have received the client care pack and assist with all queries to ensure successful completion and return of the pack to their nominated solicitor.

You will be required to understand and cover the role of other departments as and when required.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Provide Customer Support to vendors
  • Check Client Care Pack have been issued to vendors
  • Assist vendors fill out their client care documentation
  • Assist with ID verification
  • Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
  • Provide customer support to vendors
  • Assist with sales team administration
  • Update clients regarding the sale process
  • Arrange property surveys ensuring reports are returned in a speedy manner
  • Distribute returned valuations to the relevant parities
  • Chase urgent valuations
  • Update the team managers on the progress of each file and maintain inhouse system
  • Optimise the internal versus external courier methods.
  • Manage the relationship with 3rd party companies
  • Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed, returned, and handled

  • Responding to viewing requests
  • Answering incoming calls and booking in viewings / Chasing feedback from viewings
  • Creating property brochures on our online portal
  • Booking in photography appointments at properties

Candidate Specification for the Sales Support Administrator :

Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 09:00 - 18:00

Friday:09:00 - 17:00
