The company supply a wide range of products to the construction industry and due to continuous growth, require an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.

Position Overview
- Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
- Be the focal-point of the Cheltenham branch
- You need to be a commercially minded, sales driven and a well organised individual who will enjoy building relationships with your team, suppliers and customers with the ability to troubleshoot issues if they arise.
- A strong manager who is keen to help develop people within the business.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in buying and selling products
- High quality communication skills, verbal and written
- Managing, developing, and supporting a team
- Understand and meet customer requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate
