Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will report directly to Head of Business Readiness. In this role you will be responsible for the following;

  • Proactively own the scheduling and subsequent connection of over 20 organisations into the pensions dashboard connection service.
  • Identify and address potential delays, optimising the schedule and developing contingency plans.
  • Document feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Coordinate and document meetings, ensuring minutes are accurately recorded and stored.
  • Manage integration test environments, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for onboarding users, providing support and guidance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and alignment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the technical infrastructure, including Salesforce, to provide support.
  • Monitor performance indicators, reporting on progress and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies with a focus on proactive scheduling.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Demonstrated operational delivery expertise with a proven track record in managing complex processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of aligning diverse groups.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in scheduling and time management, with strong organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership, with experience in training and development.

At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, noncontractual arrangement and your office will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

If you are successful at interview, we operate a reserve list where your details will be held for up to 6 months. Should a vacancy come available in that time with the same essential criteria, reserve list candidates will be offered that position with no further assessment required.
