?? Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- ???�? Supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.
- ?? Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans.
- ?? Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- ?? Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
- �? Encouraging and motivating students to engage in learning activities.
Requirements:
- ?? A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- ?? Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- ?? Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
- �? No formal teaching qualification required, but a strong commitment to supporting SEN students is essential.
